“I want each person to leave their time with me feeling heard, valued, and armed with some practical strategies to take into their week."
"My experience in support work has impacted the way I deliver interventions for a more practical approach. Rather than talking in the office about going for a walk, let us take that first walk together. I love to be out in the community together putting goals and dreams into practice."

Kate is a caring, passionate OT who infuses her sessions with humour. Kate has worked in the disability sector for over 7 years in a variety of roles and is passionate about inclusivity and access. Kate’s approach is occupation-based, working to remove barriers to participation in valued activities, using treasured occupations as a way to facilitate enjoyment of life and improve mood. Kate is passionate about working with presentations of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, intellectual disability, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Kate also enjoys completing Functional capacity assessments for NDIS participants.

Kate describes her approach as collaborative- with the belief that each person is an expert in their own life. Kate endeavours to be responsive to clients’ changing needs and welcomes feedback on how to make the therapeutic process more meaningful. Kate’s aim is to help you grow and develop your own skills and eventually work herself out of a job, as you move forward on your journey without her.
