This 8-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group offers a structured, skills-based approach to building emotional balance, resilience, and healthier relationships. Participants begin with an introduction to DBT and core mindfulness skills, then progress through practical tools for distress tolerance and reality acceptance. The group focuses on emotion regulation, reducing emotional vulnerability, and strengthening assertive communication and boundaries. Later sessions emphasize improving relationships and self-respect, with the final week dedicated to integrating skills and planning for continued growth beyond the group. This group is ideal for individuals seeking practical strategies to manage intense emotions, cope with stress, and build more effective, values-aligned lives.
