Trey works with clients aged 7 and above, drawing on psychodynamic and attachment theories. He employs a range of techniques such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Schema Therapy.
Trey believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to fostering change in therapy. He is dedicated to building an open, trusting, and dependable relationship with his clients, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Trey is passionate about exploring people’s stories and uncovering the underlying patterns and core issues that contribute to feelings of being stuck, anxious, or lost.
